UsedBrandz is a listing platform only. We connect buyers and sellers of pre-owned branded goods — we do not own, store, inspect, authenticate, or endorse any listed products.

All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. UsedBrandz bears no responsibility for the quality, legality, or accuracy of items listed on the platform.

By listing on UsedBrandz, sellers agree to the following:

• All listings must be for legally permissible items only.
• Products listed must belong to the seller and be legally theirs to sell.
• Descriptions, photos, and condition details must be accurate and honest.
• Counterfeit, fake, or replica branded goods are strictly prohibited.
• Sellers are solely responsible for managing delivery, shipping, and buyer communication.

Buyers agree to verify sellers and products before making any payment or purchase. As a buyer you acknowledge that:

• UsedBrandz does not authenticate or guarantee any listing on the platform.
• You must independently verify sellers and products before completing a transaction.
• Inspect items carefully and communicate with sellers prior to purchasing.
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent listings to our support team promptly.

UsedBrandz may charge fees for access to certain platform features. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before any charge is applied.

• Listing fees may apply for certain categories or listing types.
• Subscription plans may be offered for premium features or visibility boosts.
• Commission fees may apply on completed transactions where applicable.
• All fee details will be disclosed transparently at the point of purchase or upgrade.

The following are strictly not permitted on the UsedBrandz platform:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UsedBrandz is not liable for any losses arising from transactions between users on the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent product listings posted by users.
• Disputes or damages resulting from use of the platform.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of UsedBrandz.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of that operating territory.
